Reiki with Kaan Singh

Come back to yourself — one quiet hour at a time.

You don't have to arrive fixed.
You don't have to know what you need.
You don't even have to believe in energy.

You only have to arrive.

Reiki is a gentle, fully clothed complementary wellbeing practice: an hour set aside for rest, relaxation, calm and space that is just yours. It is welcoming to anyone carrying stress, grief, burnout, emotional heaviness or the everyday overwhelm of being a person.

What is Reiki?

A quiet Japanese practice of gentle touch and stillness.

Reiki is a Japanese complementary practice. The practitioner rests their hands lightly on the body, or holds them just above it, while you lie or sit comfortably and rest.

There is nothing you need to do, say or believe. Many people simply experience it as a calm, unhurried hour of rest.

  • Fully clothed sessions
  • No massage or physical manipulation
  • No need to talk about personal experiences
  • A hands-off option is always available
  • Your comfort, boundaries and consent come first
  • No spiritual beliefs required
What to expect

Five gentle steps, at your pace.

  1. Welcome and optional check-in

A warm hello and, only if you would like, a short conversation about how you are arriving today.

  2. Get comfortable, fully clothed

You stay dressed throughout, lying or sitting in whatever way feels easiest for your body.

  3. Reiki begins with your touch preferences

Light touch or hands-off: we agree together beforehand, and nothing happens that you have not chosen.

  4. Time to rest and receive

Quiet time to breathe, rest and simply be. Some people drift, some reflect, some just enjoy the stillness.

  5. Gentle closing and reflection

An unhurried return, with space to share anything you noticed, or to say nothing at all.

You can pause, change your preferences or stop the session at any time. You never need to explain why.

A note from Kaan

I know what it is like to carry more than people can see.

Reiki is not about pretending everything is fine. It is about creating a soft place where you can put some of it down.

You are welcome here — exactly as you are.
