Member Account Terms

1. Who we are

Sprinkle of Happiness Holistic Creative Arts Factory CIC. Contact: hello@sprinkleofhappiness.co.uk.

Our company registration number and registered office address are being confirmed and will be added here.

2. Free membership

Creating an account is free. Our yoga and workshops are free and do not require an account. Paid memberships are not available yet; separate terms will apply before they open.

3. Your account

Please use your own email address, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. One account per person.

4. Using the site respectfully

Be kind and respectful. Do not misuse the website, try to access other people's information, or use your account for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that put other people or the website at risk.

5. Not a crisis or clinical service

Sprinkle of Happiness offers community and creative wellbeing activities. We are not a crisis, emergency, medical or therapy service. In an emergency, call 999. Samaritans: 116 123.

6. Changes

We may update the website, its features and these terms. We will tell members about important changes on the website or by email.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in My Account. We may close accounts that break these terms.

8. Your data

How we use your information is explained in our Privacy Notice.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
